We are dedicated and tailored to meet the children’s individual needs.
We build partnerships.
Through creating close partnerships, we nurture each child's development in a circle of security where families feel comfortable, respected, supported and connected. We regularly share information about the child’s development. Families and visitors are welcome at our project anytime.
Our focus
NACOBACC‘s focal point is on children, their families and communities, not on making a profit.
Importantly, our management system involves families. We encourage them to be actively involved in supporting both NACOBACCand their children
We believe that forming strong relationships with children and families is vital to every child’s learning and development. NACOBACC provide a safe environment and stimulating, positive experiences that foster all aspects of child’s development.
For the purposes of NACOBACC, a child means any person under the age of 18 years old, unless otherwise stated.
Children have been and continue to be abused, tortured, mistreated, neglected and abandoned by the people in the community. Children are not treated with the respect and dignity that every human being deserves, but instead are subjected to violence, poverty, racism, and the ignorance of adults. Children do not receive education, proper health, and medical care and attention, yet do not have the right to demand treatment.
Children are beaten and abused by other adults. Children are the future leaders of tomorrow, but they are not given the right to participate in consultations or negotiations about their future. The children have been put last, not first.
We therefore set forth that all children of Nakaseke community are entitled to the following rights and protections:
